The YUZHSAT bus is intended for creation of microsatellites (mass up to 50 kg) for scientific, technological, and the Earth observation purposes.
Depending on a type of the installed payload, selected orbital parameters, and required type and accuracy of the platform orientation, the YUZHSAT bus has equipping capability as to:
- increase in data transmission rate;
- orientation accuracy improvement;
- payload capability enhancement
