The Sich‑2М spacecraft is intended for optical-electronic remote sensing of the Earth surface with a high resolution. It enables imaging of specified areas of Earth surface and allows obtaining digital images in panchromatic, multispectral and infrared bands. The spacecraft provides imaging in strip, area and stereoscopic modes.
The Sich‑2М spacecraft is developed under order of National Space Agency of Ukraine according to Ukraine’s National Special-purpose Scientific and Technical Space Program.
