The Sich-2-1 satellite is developed under the Ukraine’s National Special-purpose Scientific and Technical Space Program for obtaining digital visible and near infrared images of the Earth surface and for the Earth ionosphere parameters monitoring.
The Sich-2-1 satellite is a version of the Sich-2 satellite launched in 2011.
