Yuzhnoye SDO equipment allows conducting a wide range of static strength tests.

Static loading by combination of loads allows testing with loads from several kN to 30000 kN (300 tf) in manual and automated modes, at overall dimensions of the tested structures of 30х10х18 m.

Mechanical characteristics of the materials are determined at the loads of up to 2000 kN. 

Loading with internal pressure is conducted to 50.0 MPa on the condition that the working medium is water and to 32 MPa on the condition that the working medium is hydraulic oil.

The tests by external pressure by method of evacuation – reduced pressure up to 0.01 MPa.

Cyclic loading of objects is conducted by the loads up to 2000 kN using internal pressure.

Measurements, processing, analysis of deformations, forces, displacements during static tests are made in the range of displacements from 3 to 700mm; forces from 0 to 5000 kN; deformations - within the limits of elastic deformations.
