Yuzhnoye SDO investigates the possibility of manufacturing LRE parts and assemblies using rotary drawing technology.

Transfer to production of LRE metal parts and assemblies by method of rotary drawing will allow bringing the production process of advanced articles of ogival shape and continuous structure with diameter of up to 3000 mm to a commercial level. This technology is not only a resource-saving one, but will considerably reduce LRE parts and assemblies manufacturing cycle.
