Yuzhnoye SDO Veterans Club is a public organization, the members of which are veterans of the company, who have taken a well-deserved rest. The Veterans Club is a part of the veterans’ organization of Ukraine in Chechelov district of Dnepr.

To become a member of the Club, it is necessary to have a:

- work book (original);

- IIN code (copy);

- trade-union card;

- trade-union card;

- photo, measuring 3х4;

- membership fees.

The structure of the primary organization of Yuzhnoye Veterans Club fully conforms to the «Charter of the veterans’ organizations of Ukraine».

Yuzhnoye SDO primary organization operates under the plan, developed in accordance with veterans’ district organization plan, and is focused on active participation of veterans in veterans’ organization social life.

YSDO Veterans organization:

- provides assistance to retired persons, who have taken a well-deserved rest, disabled persons and seriously ill elderly people;

- introduces veterans to social and cultural life, and first of all, to patriotic education of the rising generation;

- gives financial and social aid to veterans;

- gives help, where possible, in getting vouchers to boarding-houses Lesnoy and Sokol;

- gives help in getting vouchers to children’s health camp Zvezdnyy for grandchildren.

The meetings of the Veterans Club members are held at Mashinostroitelei cultural center every first and third Thursday of the month.

The retired persons are received on a daily basis on personal matters at Yuzhnoye SDO and at home (by phone).
