Starry Children’s Camp

Starry children's camp is located in Kirovsk forest district, nearby the Orel river, 3 km away from Kirovskiy settlement and 30 km from Dnepr city. It houses 320 kids each of four camp shifts. Camp territory occupies 7,8 hectares and comprises the following:

• comfortable two-storeyed bedroom building. 4 - 8 children per room are accommodated, smaller and senior children are lodged in separate sectors;
• Palace of talents, joined by 500-seat covered stage, room for film projector with equipment for demonstration of wide-frame films, radio relay centre, shooting gallery, Olympia sports club;
• House of technical creativity, which houses different hobby groups to develop creative abilities and labour skills of the children, methodics department, library, museum of M.K.Yangel;

• standings for all groups, tennis tables and pavilions for quiet games, ground for gorodki game;
• adventure playground for younger children and sports-ground with volleyball and basketball grounds, field for a handball and other sports equipment;
• swimming pool;
• food unit and dining room;
• shower room, left-luggage office;
• other administrative buildings and premises.

For the most versatile development and education of children each camp shift is devoted to unique subject matter. Traditionally each camp shift features such events as Birthday boy/girl Day, Fair, Ms. Starry camp, Best of the best, Camomile, tourist meetings and many other things.

11 hobby groups are on during the whole camp season: aircraft modelling, boat model making, decoupage, young artist, quilling, stuffed toys, isothread, flowers, do-it-yourself, pokerwork, reporter.

Yuzhnoye SDO staff responsibly and creatively deals with realization of all pre-planned events, and educational and health improving activities in the camp are directed at the opening of the personality, revealing individuality of each child, their ability to apply and realize it, creation of kind and friendly atmosphere.

Lesnoy (Forest) vacation hotel

Lesnoy vacation hotel is located in Orlovshchina village, Novomoskovsk area of Dnepropetrovsk region, on the Samara riverside in one of picturesque nooks of nature.

Mineralized potable water, clean air, moderate temperature and stillness of forest are ideal to regain strength and improve the health. Staying at the vacation hotel, one can enjoy drinking clean spring water from the pump-room which is deservedly named "Paradise".

Vacation hotel territory has the well-developed engineering infrastructure: electrical power is supplied from its proper substation, water is supplied from 3 artesian wells; there are autonomous gas boiler-house and station for biological treatment of sewage.

Vacation hotel accommodates 244 guests all year round.

Accommodation facilities consist of one three-storyed and two four-storeyed buildings with various categories rooms (rooms are furnished with the necessary furniture, TV set, refrigerator, hot and cold water, bathroom, shower cabin, set of towels) and three cottages with all conveniences.

Territory of the beach are serviced, summerhouses, shower booths are built, bathrooms, water craft rent is available.

Falcon Vacation Hotel

Falcon vacation hotel is situated on the Arabatsky spit of Azov seashore, 30 km from the city of Henichesk, Kherson area, in Strelkovoe village and accommodates 400 guests. Average of 3000 guests improves their health in the summer here.

Falcon vacation hotel is notable for the wide comfortable beach, well-attended territory, large park area, covered with verdure of the trees, ornamental bushes and flowerbeds.

Guests are accommodated in three two-storeyed buildings with two -, three-, four -, five-person rooms with all the conveniences (shower, hot water, toilet, refrigerator and air-conditioner) and all necessary furniture.

Convenient light dining room, comprising 4 halls, provides wholesome three meals a day. The following will also be available for the guests: Dnepr coffee bar, disco club, movie theatre hall, library, children's room, well equipped first-aid post, sports and children's playgrounds, billiards, gym, aqua recreational facilities, parking lot, copier, fax.
