Yuzhnoye SDO trade union is voluntary nonprofit organization of the company employees. Main objective of the trade union is to represent, perform and protect labor, socio-economic rights and interests of its members.

Yuzhnoye SDO trade union is in charge of fulfillment of the labor contract provisions, is involved in the protection, payment, improvement of the labor conditions, renders domestic, medical services, provides employee benefits, as well as social development of the company, and provides company employees with vouchers to the recreation and health resorts.

Membership in the trade union is voluntary. Every employee of the company, as well as retired ones, can become the members of the trade union.

Enrollment and expulsion from the trade union is done individually, following the written application in person of the company employee. 

Each member of the trade union shall pay the trade union contributions.

Trade union members have the right to take part in the activities of the trade union, openly and freely pass an opinion and press one’s point, criticize any trade union agency, any trade union member, regardless of their job position, to propose candidates (as well as one’s own ) to elect and be elected into the trade union agencies, to participate in strikes, organized in accordance with existing legislation; to get places in sanatoriums for oneself and family members for health and recreation, to the children’s recreation camps, and to obtain financial aid from the trade union budget.

Company employees, elected to the elected body of the trade unions, are guaranteed opportunities to implement the powers.
