In the course of production activity of the enterprise environmental safety is provided, as well as rational use of natural resources, observance of standards of the harmful environmental impacts in accordance with environmental legislation of Ukraine.

The following environmental protection provisions are effective at the enterprise:

• environmental safety quality standard was developed at the enterprise according to the main provisions of the ISO 14000 series international standards on environmental quality management;
• cooperation is on with the organizations under the Ministry of ecology and natural resources, Ministry of health, Office of Public Prosecutor, state organizations dealing with protection of environment;
• all necessary authorization papers (emission permits, stationary sources emissions inventory, enterprise industrial and household waste inventory, certificates and record cards on each type of waste);
• control is provided over quantity and composition of pollutants emission into the atmosphere and levels of power emissions (noise, vibration, thermal and electromagnetic radiation) and their constant inventory. Observance of sanitary-hygienic standards on the specified impacts is provided;
• stationary sources of emissions (with gas-cleaning unit if necessary), which provide permissible level of environmental impact;
• payments made for pollution of the environment;
• inventory, collection and safe storage of industrial wastes in the specially designated and equipped places are arranged;
• composition and properties of the generated wastes, as well as level of its potential danger for the environment and human health are defined;
• transfer of industrial wastes to other enterprises under the contracts (certificates), with minimum disposal of wastes in the environment is organized.
