The gas-jet
is classified as unit type, automated with forced air supply and two-position
regulation of thermal capacity.
In is intended to burn natural gas in the automated hot-water boilers and other
heat units of the corresponding capacity.
The gas-jet may also be used to warm up bitumen, to dry grain, in baking industry,
in glass manufacturing, etc.
- ensuring certified power with low gas pressure at pipe joint;
- working coefficient of air excess is close to stoichiometric;
- possibility of regulating the length of burning flare due to replaceable mixing
heads;
- high reliability of operation due to the use actuator of relay made by Kromschroder;
- relatively low cost due to the use of domestic completing parts and control
system.
The automatic and control system ensures:
- automatic starting of the gas-jet, its transfer to the working mode, and switch
off in accordance with algorithm;
- gas-jet operation in manual and automatic modes;
- gas-jet switch off when the flame goes out;
- gas-jet switch off when the parameters deviate beyond limits of operational
modes.

The YuK GBG-0.7 gas-jet is an optimal solution in respect of cost and reliability which is ensured by complete cycle of testing on the test bench.
The gas-jet is certified in Ukr SEPRO system and has the Adequacy Certificate
¹ UA1.024.0001598-02.
To improve qualitative characteristics, at present, the work is under way to update the gas-jet with the use of new control unit, analog pressure sensors made by MOTOROLA and BELIMO micro-actuators that ensure smooth regulation of thermal capacity.
