The emulsifier is intended for scrubbing of flue gases,
produced by heat power plants, to remove ash and SOx (sulphur oxides).
Can be used for purification of gases from solid admixtures. Cartridges
with 50000 m3/h capacity are available. Sealed into an air-tight case,
cartridges are installed into the emulsifying purification plant. Set
of cartridges gives the required effectiveness. To purify the gases from
SOx admixtures, water solutions of reactants are used. Ash fractional
content and its gas concentration do not determine the efficiency of ash
collecting.
Small-sized emulsifier unit ensures high de-ashing and purification
of heat power plant flue gases from SOx.
